Print: William Dickes, the licencee of Baxter issued a number of sets of Reward Cards, these were usually in sets of 10 or 12 and had prints to the front and text to the reverse. Sometimes the same images and text were also issued in book form but with the text on a separate sheet facing the print. This set is listed as 238 in Docker catalogue and is the first series, another 12 being issued later
Rewards Cards were used in the likes of Sunday Schools for attendance or good work etc. They would originally come in a small printed wrapper but these are very hard to find.
