Print: Baxter - CL 286 – Used as the frontispiece to two books ‘Loitering’s Amongst the Lakes’ and ‘Scripture Pocket Book, 1849’ as well as being published separately by Baxter
 
The view shows the famous lake in the Lake district of Cumbria.
 
When in the books, as this example, under the print is the title and on the left "Baxter's Patent Oil Printing, 11, Northampton Square,". The print was produced from eight blocks.
