Print: Bradshaw & Blacklock - A Baxter licencee but more well known for their Bradshaw’s Guides and railway timetables.
These are two prints on one complete sheet. Elymas Smitten Blind No 13 and The Beautiful Gate of the Temple No 34 both being part of the set of Raphael cartoons after the famous tapestries that used to hang at Hampton Court before they were moved to the Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington. Advertised in 1854 in Bradshaw's Hand-Book to the Manufacturing Districts of Great Britain. Price 2s or 14s the set. The numbers relate to the New Baxter Society catalogue. Both are signed Bradshaw & Blacklock Licencees bottom left
