At GeorgeBaxter.com we ask for names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses, all these constitute personal information, we also retain details of past orders and enquiries. This information is collected to handle current and potential future customer orders, to answer questions and to inform customers of specific items for sale or information that we feel would be of interest to that person.

We do not hold any financial information as payment is always handled by cheque or bank transfer actioned by the customer or via by www.PayPal.com in which case we are never aware of any confidential financial details of the transaction.

Information is kept for future orders and contact. At any time you can request a copy of the details held, amend those details or ask for them to be removed.

GDPR requires that anyone holding personal information, not just businesses but such as sports clubs, collectors societies etc. have to comply with the same rules. As an avid collector who uses this website to dispose of the many duplicates that I have (and keep acquiring), to publish my ongoing research and spread the word about George Baxter and colour printing we are bound by the same rules. This means that we can only send newsletters etc if you have specifically told us that we can.
